William Charles Gunn

My mom's brother Charlie was born at Devonshire England in 1876, second child of my grandparents Thomas & Amelia Gunn.  He immigrated to Canada with his parents and sister Caroline and settled at Lakefield, Ontario.  In 1910 he came west with his younger brother John to homestead NW.30.14.5.W3 near Shamrock Saskatchewan.   John filed on nearby NE.36. Uncle "Chas" married Lucy Jane Walsh, but they did not have any children.  We often traveled to Shamrock to visit and help at harvest time.
