"Funeral of William
Edmond Traquair"
The death of William E. Traquair, age 73 years, of
113 Maple Street, formerly of Dafoe Sask., occurred in a local hospital on May
22. The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 25th at 2:00 p.m. from
the Foote Copeland United Church near Dafoe, conducted by Rev. Douglas
Creighton. McKague's Funeral Home will be in charge. Surviving are,
his widow, Mrs. Agnes Traquair; two daughters, Mrs. George (Doreen) Revell of
Wynyard and Mrs. W. (Beth) Simpson of Metz, France and one son, Ian Traquair of
Melfort, Sask. There are 10 grandchildren, two brothers, Alex and Jim
Traquair, both of Lestock survive. Burial will be made in the Copeland
Cemetery.
